Who doesn’t love the comfort that macaroni and cheese can bring.

Ingredients:

2 cups noodles (whole grain)

1 cup cheddar cheese(reduced fat)

1.5 tbs plain Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. Boil noodles and the drain. Mix everything together in saucepan on medium heat.

2. Stir constantly until cheese is melted and the macaroni is creamy!

3. Optional: some people sprinkle a little white pepper to add flavor!
