I love broccoli and cauliflower! I have loved this dish for a long time. I make this dish on Sunday nights and we reheat the veggies and use it with our meals. I use a large glass pyrex dish. It is so yummy! You have to try it! If you are looking to cut the prep time in half …. buy the organic pre-washed and chopped veggies from a grocery store! I love saving time!
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli chopped
1 head of cauliflower chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic powder sprinkled over the top of the dish
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup italian breadcrumbs (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375. Mix the first four ingredients together. Cook for 20 minutes
2. Add the cheese and breadcrumbs and cook for another ten minutes.
3. Oven temperatures may vary, so make sure it does not overcook! They should get lightly brown and the veggies should be soft.
